At the same time as we welcome Clare I'd like to pass on my deep and sincere thanks from all of us to my wife Sue who's standing down as a Trustee, after working her socks off since day one back in 2004. All of you who've had dealings with us will know we could never have achieved half of what we have without her incredible and practical support. I'm sure we'll all still see her from time to time!
