THE NEW BOOKING SYSTEM GOES LIVE!

16 Jan, 2020 | Return|

I'm delighted to announce that the new system "dress rehearsal" we ran on Thursday 9th January in Warwick went very well. We asked the 24 participants to complete an exit questionnaire on how they found the experience and the feedback was very encouraging. The session finished at 8:00 pm, the samples were collected at 8:50 pm and the results were available in "final letter format" by 11:00 am the following day! These were, of course, subject to a 100% audit (which will remain our policy for the foreseeable future) and they were all found to be correct. The men have now been able to access these results online or have received a letter (if that was their preferred choice).

We reconvene this Thursday in Warwick for our first "open" event. Whilst it is very early days the indications are that, depending on the availability of support admin staff and suitable inputting devices, (laptops, tablets, smart phones, etc.) 3-4 people can reasonably, comfortably enter 75-100 "drop ins" on the night which whilst a big help, does mean organisations should strive to get as many people as possible registered BEFORE the event takes place.

For full details on how to set up a testing session please contact Susan Hart on: 01926419959 or via info@psatests.org.uk.

Please note we now cannot process any "old style" Consent Forms or lab forms.

(Please could organisers also destroy any "old style" TDL lab forms as they are now obsolete)
