ONLINE BOOKING - WHAT A START!

04 Mar, 2020 | Return|

When we launched the above initiative last year we were fully aware we only had a very small window of time to launch before the really busy spring testing season began, and we couldn't be more pleased with the way we've started, particularly given the initial teething problems with any new system.

Empresa have already helped process well in excess of 4500 individual test bookings since launching a mere month ago. A fantastic achievement by Matt and his team!

To prove how easy and successful it can be: Ironbridge Lions event at Ironbridge on the 9th March has already been fully booked at 600 tests, Walnut Trust event at Leyland on the 14th March has already filled 500 slots with a waiting list being formed and the Cornwall Prostate Health Awareness event at Wadebridge on the 15th April, which has 600 slots available, has already booked in excess of 90 slots!

Having said this it's come at a cost - both financially and pressure wise - to Matt and his team, so would any group already using the system or contemplating doing so PLEASE address any questions, issues or concerns to Susan or Jon in the office in the first instance. There will be small tweaks and amendments as things develop which Susan and Jon are keeping a note of - but the initial development stage has now been completed and the system needs to be given time to bed in. It has some amazing features such as email confirmation of bookings; email test reminders on the day itself and fast access to the result letters themselves soon after the event. All major improvements.

As I say Matt and his team have gone way beyond what could reasonably have been expected of them and need to catch up on other projects.

PLEASE, therefore, try to avoid contacting them directly in the near future but instead contact Susan and Jon who'll be only too pleased to help on any way they can.
