Former President Joe Biden, 82, has been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer that has spread to his bones. Detected after he reported urinary symptoms, the cancer is aggressive (Gleason score 9), but doctors say it is hormone-sensitive and manageable. 

Biden and his family are reviewing treatment options. Support has poured in from across the political spectrum, including Donald Trump, Kamala Harris, and Barack Obama.
