Our Research

In collaboration with The University of Manchester

The Study

We have been working with the University of Manchester who are publishing a research paper on our PSA findings. We hope this research will help persuade the Health Authorities to implement a National Prostate Cancer Screening Programme for all men in the UK.

If you would like to help us achieve this, we would ask you to participate by completing the questionnaire below. All information will be kept securely by GFCT.

Our Research Film

This important research with The University of Manchester commenced January 2021. Please share this video on social media and ask anyone you know who has had prostate cancer or been tested for prostate cancer, to take part in this project.

Free to Total Research Insights

Our research has shown the significant role of the Free to Total PSA ratio in early cancer detection. Our patient data underscores the effectiveness of this test in improving diagnostic accuracy.

Prostate Cancer Detection Rates: Men with a lower Free to Total PSA ratio have a higher likelihood of being diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Comparative Studies: Studies comparing Free to Total PSA ratios across different populations have shown consistent patterns, with lower ratios correlating strongly with cancer.
